Sourced from the prestigious stock surplus of the historic Fratelli Piacenza Woollen Mill in Pollone (stock fabric, unsigned and without labels), an elite name and custodian of three centuries of excellence in the Biella textile district, this limited supply offers exceptional quality and a truly unique opportunity.

 

The distinctive colour character of its two sides:

  • Camel Side: Presented in a deep, warm Camel shade, enriched by a subtle mélange effect. Its visual finish evokes the charm of traditional English Shetland, elevated by the noble softness and refined structure of pure cashmere. The texture is exceptionally soft yet closely shorn, creating a clean, compact and contemporary appearance.
  • Prince of Wales Side: Features a timeless Prince of Wales check in quintessential English style, developed in warm shades of Camel, Hazelnut and Brown.
  • The exceptional thermal performance of Piacenza cashmere: With a weight of 570 grams per linear metre, the fabric has a relatively slim profile and a beautifully fluid drape. It is important to note that with this fabric, weight is by no means an indication of its warmth. The thermal performance of the selected pure cashmere is remarkably intense, dense and protective. The surface is velvety, silky and warm, designed to convey an immediate and enveloping sensation of warmth to the touch.
  • Tailoring-Grade Openable Double-Face Construction: The two independent layers of pure cashmere, woven together on the loom, can be separated along the edges to allow for invisible hems and hand-finished tailoring details.
