This creation celebrates the glamorous aesthetic, combining the mastery of French looms with a color transition that evokes the hues of dusk over the sea, enhanced by moonlight.
Chantilly Lace “AMETHYST & OCEAN Archive”
A tribute to translucent elegance. This haute couture lace evolves into a sophisticated and fluid degradé, where the ultra-fine spiderweb of the Chantilly base hosts a floral embroidery outlined with an imperceptible silver Lurex thread. This highly refined technical detail outlines each petal, giving the fabric a metallic sheen that shimmers discreetly with every movement.
Lightness and Reflections: Crafted using the loom technique, the lace maintains its legendary transparency while presenting a clear graphic definition. The Lurex thread does not alter the softness of the fabric, but rather enhances its three-dimensionality, creating a jewel-like effect on the skin.
The pattern is a striking Chromatic Degradé that extends along the 135 cm:
Upper Festoon (The Light Point): The lace begins with a festoon border in an ethereal Pearl Gray, pure and mirrored; the pearl fades gently into a Light Lilac, a dusty pastel shade that warms the composition and adds a romantic and modern touch.
Ideal for framing the décolleté.
Center AND Bottom (The Depth): The color finally evolves into a vibrant DARK Blue, where the contrast with the silver lurex thread reaches its peak, creating a visual effect reminiscent of the foam of the waves under the moon, culminating in a festoon border of rare beauty.
Tailored Feel: The hand is impalpable, soft, and fluid. The lower festoon is finished with pinpoint precision, ready to be used as a natural hem for dresses or sleeves.
Ideal for:
- Ceremony Dresses: Taking advantage of the transition from pearl to blue to elongate the figure.
- Couture Tops and Blouses: Where the central lilac highlights the face.
- Slip Dresses: To create a two-dimensional “tattoo” effect between lace and silk.
